FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We do our best to offer our customers products that look the same as the images displayed on the pages of our website. Please note, however, that photographs have difficulty showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of the images on our website. We work hard to update the descriptions and images on our website as soon as we become aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from us. If you change your mind on any full price or sale item purchased, you can return it to us within 10 days of receipt and receive store credit or exchange it for another item.

Returns will only be accepted when:
- items are in their original condition
- items are in their original packaging
- tags remain attached to garments
- proof of purchase is provided
When returning items for a size exchange or a different item, we will facilitate this where the stock is available. If we have sold out of the item you have requested we will contact you via email to inform you of this and that you could either pick another item or receive store credit.
We offer FREE RETURNS, that’s right, if you want to return an item(s) for refund or exchange, we’ll cover the cost of sending it back.
How to prepare your parcel for return?
1. Please email us on: amatistajeansaustralia@gmail.com and a shipping label will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
2. Print your label and pack your item.
3.Drop your parcel off at a convenient Post Office.
